Sunday wasn’t very exciting, it started out like every day this week did, hot, but by the end of the day had cooled off quite a bit. The girls haven’t really been moving around the apartment since they’ve been here, it’s been way to hot, I’ve had every fan in the place going to try to keep the air moving around.
I realized that I had no food in the house so I did what turned out to be a very expensive shopping trip, I will be eating at home and taking my lunch to work for the rest of the month, if I’m lucky I might dig up some change for tea!
Friends of mine have been holding a small table for me that missed my original moving truck and had traveled, via my friends Dad, from TO recently. I drove to Windsor (NS) for a lovely visit and to pick it up, I have NO idea where it’s going to go. I still have about 6 boxes that need to be unpacked, that’s my goal for today.
It’s supposed to be cooler today about 23 and it looks like rain outside right now, hope it does, it will be much easier being in the apartment getting the last bit done if it isn’t stinkin’ hot. Although, I’m registered to go kayaking tonight so I hope it clears up by early afternoon.
I begin an online meditation program today with the Chopra Centre. I tried to do this a few months ago and it didn’t work, I couldn’t bring myself to set aside the 10 minutes I needed to accomplish this but for the next 3 weeks I’m determined, along with using the on line yoga classes I’ve paid for – give myself a much needed kick in the butt to get started again. I’m sure I’ll be telling you all about this over the next few weeks.

On line yoga….now there’s a cool idea, how does that work?
I sent you an invite to the “my yoga online” website that I belong to HOWEVER you can go to “yogatoday.com” and get free classes and if you just goole this there are tons of free websites. Mines only $70 for the year so it’s a good deal.
That is an excellent price…I’ll have to have a bit of a look around.
